Afternoon/All Day:

Seppelt Great Western Visit: Alternatively, visit Seppelt Great Western for an underground cellar tour. The cellar door is open from 10am to 5pm daily. Check the website for tours and tastings times.

Evening

Dinner at Kookaburra Hotel: Return to Halls Gap for a relaxed dinner at the Kookaburra Hotel, known for its excellent cuisine and cosy atmosphere. Enjoy a meal that will delight your taste buds and provide the perfect end to your day.

Day 3: Cultural Exploration and Departure

Today, you’ll explore the cultural heritage of the Grampians region before heading home. The highlight of the day is the stunning St. Arnaud Silo Art, a little over an hour’s drive from Halls Gap. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a delightful lunch at the Royal Hotel St Arnaud, capping off your journey on a high note. If you prefer to stay closer to Halls Gap, you can enjoy the beautiful Halls Gap Botanical Gardens and the Venus Baths.

SILO Art Tour: St. Arnaud Silo Art: Start your morning by exploring the stunning murals at St. Arnaud. The silos were transformed by Kyle Torney, who devoted over 800 hours to complete the artwork in August 2020. Titled ‘Hope,’ the murals tell the story of three pioneer residents of St Arnaud, portraying the aspirations of a miner, his wife, and their child in the 1800s. This visit will immerse you in the local history 

Option 2:

Halls Gap Botanical Gardens and Venus Baths:

Halls Gap Botanical Gardens: Explore the expansive collection of native plants, art installations, massive nest sculptures, and a boardwalk. The gardens are wheelchair-friendly and function as a community garden maintained by volunteers.

Venus Baths or MacKenzies Falls: Near the botanical gardens, enjoy a walk to Venus Baths, a major attraction within the Grampians National Park. Stoney Creek flows over a natural sandstone shelf, creating stunning flowing pools of water. Alternatively, visit MacKenzies Falls, the region’s year-round waterfall, and take a scenic hike to see the impressive cascade.
